Paul Chavady


Paul has been a licensed Realtor in Saskatoon since 2007. He has helped over 1500 clients buy or sell their homes which has resulted in several awards for sales excellence. Paul is highly committed to providing an easy and enjoyable experience to his clients and specializes in residential and investment properties.

Some of Paul's passions include giving back to his community by contributing to charities supporting issues such as the 2013 flooding in Southern Alberta and 2016 wildfires in Fort McMurray. Paul was also a founding member of “The 500 Club'' which was a group who donated their $500 Saskatchewan Affordability cheques in 2022 to charities. Paul is also passionate about photography and has a particular interest in landscape and astrophotography.

In his free time, you can find Paul with his wife, son and pets, getting involved in recreational sports, or exploring new forms of technology.


Lori Emde


Lori started out her career in the banking industry and subsequently became a licensed mortgage broker. She now has over 30 years of experience as a mortgage broker in Saskatoon where she has served clients for first time home purchases, new construction, and refinancing. Lori specializes in providing 1-on-1 services for residential clients to help them attain a new mortgage or with refinancing for existing mortgages.

Outside of her career, Lori is highly dedicated to helping individuals with intellectual disabilities. She has an autistic daughter who has inspired her and her husband to become involved with the Elmwood Residences which is an organization that provides assistance, programs, and housing for individuals with intellectual disabilities.

In her free time, Lori enjoys traveling, spending time with her six grandchildren, golfing, gardening, cooking and entertaining guests. 


Josh Buchanan


Josh is a real estate analyst and author of The Saskatoon Real Estate Economics Blog since 2015. He was previously a licensed property manager and a college business instructor where he taught classes including: Microeconomics, Business Law, and Personal Finance. In 2022, Josh started his own business in Saskatoon called Magnaltus Consulting which provides coaching, consulting, and educational services for businesses and individuals.

Josh has many unique life experiences to pull from. He spent 5 years visiting 30 different countries and gained a variety of volunteer, educational, cultural, and life experiences. He studied Mandarin and Spanish, taught university English as a volunteer in the Philippines, and volunteered for disaster relief in Texas after Hurricane Harvey in 2017.

In his free time, Josh keeps busy by playing sports like basketball and volleyball, riding his skateboard, learning and researching topics of interest, and spending time with friends and family.
